About Us

InterviewPractices.com is a leading career counseling service dedicated to helping individuals achieve their career goals. My name is Peter Greene and I started Interview Practices with one goal in mind, to help individuals land the job they want and deserve. I am an Executive Recruiter who has been placing software sales and marketing executives for the past 27 years. Over that time I have helped thousands of candidates work their way through a job search process. From editing resumes and Linkedin profiles, strategies for conducting a job search, interview prep, as well as interview, negotiation and closing tactics. I have worked with recent grads just starting their career up to C level executives in the midst of a career change and everything in between.

InterviewPractices grew out of an Aha! moment when I realized that I spend most of my time coaching candidates on best practices along with tips and tricks of the trade. Searching for a job and interviewing are learned behaviors that require prep and practice. Most people do not think about any of these skills until they are already in the middle of a career transition. I can help sharpen those skills, create a roadmap, and position the candidate for success. The idea is for the candidate to be able to put their best foot forward at the key moments of a career search to achieve their goals.
